  • Variations in wood grain, color, stain, paint, and finish are expected
  • These variations are not defects

For custom orders:

  • Customer approval of design, layout, or mockups confirms all details are correct
  • Once approved and production begins, changes may not be possible
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify prices at any time
  • correct pricing errors
  • cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies

Payment must be completed before production or shipment begins.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect pricing
  • incomplete or unclear custom order details

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We take care to package all items securely.

However:

  • we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
  • risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

  • All sales are final due to the custom and handmade nature of our products
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • colors appear exactly the same across all screens
