Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Policy

At 3 Dogs Designs, every piece is handcrafted from real wood and many orders are made specifically for the customer. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our work, please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All orders are considered final once placed.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Approved custom orders once production has started
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor differences in wood grain, stain tone, paint, texture, or finish

Because every piece is made by hand from real wood, natural variation is normal and is not considered a defect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective due to workmanship
- Different from what was approved or ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review the issue, we require:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging and shipping box

Claims reported after 7 days may not be eligible for review or resolution.

3. Approved Resolutions

If a claim is reviewed and approved, 3 Dogs Designs may choose one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Issue a full or partial refund

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping

We take care to package every order for safe delivery.

Please note:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error

5. Custom Order Approval

For custom projects, approval of a mockup, design proof, layout, or final plan confirms that the order details are correct.

Once a custom order has been approved and production has begun:
- No changes can be guaranteed
- Cancellations will not be accepted
- Refunds will not be issued
