Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted using real wood, CNC carving, hand-finishing techniques, and detailed assembly processes. Natural wood grain and stain tones may vary slightly, making every piece unique.
Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely. We offer custom sizing, personalized text, military and first responder tributes, logos, stain colors, and fully custom designs.
Can I upload my own logo or image?
Yes. You can upload logos, sketches, department patches, reference photos, or inspiration images through our custom order form.
How long does production take?
Most orders are made to order and typically ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and current order volume.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States and provide tracking information once your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are custom-made or personalized, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect or issue with the order.
